This is a live, interactive class with a small group (6-12 students). The teacher presents and shares lesson content, then you have the opportunity to practise the language with both the teacher and fellow students in fun ways.


A1 : Beginner – no previous experience of learning German, a complete beginner’s course.
A2 : Pre-Intermediate – can conjugate verbs in the present tense, have seen past and future tenses and know enough vocabulary to form sentences and hold a simple conversation.
B1 : Intermediate – can conjugate verbs in the present, past and future tenses, can hold a conversation in German.

Topics: Introductions, greetings, countries, alphabet, jobs, family, food & drink, relationships, free time activities, food, preferences, people and houses, appointments, places.
Grammar: Verben, pronomen, possessivepronomen, wechsel Präpositionen, possessive adjectives, articles, question forms and sentence structures.
Pre-intermediate Download example syllabus
Topics: Going out, arranging to meet, daily routine, what happened at the weekend, transport, opinions, shopping.
Grammar: Separable verbs, modal verbs, future tense, present perfect tense, accusative, dative, prepositions.
Intermediate Download example syllabus
Topics: Education system, career and lifestyle. Culture, hobbies advantages and disadvantages of work situations
Grammar: Reflexive verbs, Das Perfekt, Die Zukunft ausdrücken, Verben und Präpositionen, Berufstitel, Konjunktionen, Das Präteritum.

Our friendly, professional, qualified and experienced teachers aim to make learning German fun. Courses have aims and objectives in place to maximise your learning. Classes are informal and designed to be focussed on encouraging you to speak and communicate in German although all four skills will be practised (reading, listening, speaking and writing). Grammar and vocabulary is taught as a natural part of language progression. Learning takes place by a variety of media including; listening to audio excerpts, watching short video clips, reading stories and articles. You will learn grammar through presentation and exercises, both written and spoken. You are encouraged to practise by speaking in small groups.

and I have obtained a B.A. in Modern Languages and Literature in Italy and a M.A. in Linguistics in Germany.
My passion for foreign languages helps me design and deliver the material in an unique way by combining
grammar, listening and conversation exercises based around the German culture. I will motivate you through various learning
approaches and teaching methods, as well as give you space for your curiosity and creativity.
