Spanish Teachers

Soraya Fernandez

Hola a todos. My name is Soraya and I have been teaching Spanish in England for over fifteen years at all levels. I’m passionate not just about the language but about the culture.

Christine Nicklin

My passion in life is to travel and experience the language and culture of as many countries as possible. Originally from the US, I studied languages at university and then enjoyed a career in business, living and working in Europe and the Far East before achieving a teaching qualification. I taught Spanish in primary and secondary schools for 12 years before moving to adult education.
I love teaching languages and helping my students to grow in confidence in speaking and listening so that they can get the most out of travel or work abroad. I like to use ideas from teaching young people to bring a sense of fun and humour to my lessons. Learning languages should be an enjoyable and relaxed experience.
I use authentic resources from Spanish-speaking countries (music, videos, texts) to help immerse you in the language, and we will cover many cultural topics to entice you to visit the country.
